Welcome to AIM
The values of our community center around inclusivity, encouragement, and respect. We believe in creating a welcoming space where everyone is encouraged to be an active participant, regardless of their background or homeschooling style. We are committed to meeting each child where they are, recognizing their unique needs and strengths, and helping them succeed at their own pace. Above all, we foster an environment of mutual respect, where everyone’s contributions are valued, and kindness is at the core of all our interactions.

Tiffany Woodard (TT)
Meet TT: A Deaf oral teacher with Cerebral Palsy who has spent much of her life in the hearing world. Raised with I.E.P.s in the mainstream system, she redefines “No Child Left Behind.” An expert lip reader, many forget she’s Deaf due to her speaking abilities.
Here at AIM TT focuses on meeting students where they are, highlighting their strengths to support learning. With years of experience in Special Ed, Deaf Ed, and working with all ages from preschool to adults, she has taught in public and private schools, co-ops, and retired from owning a preschool to focus on homeschooling her child.
Her primary goal with AIM is to create a community where every parent and child feels loved, safe, and welcome.
Meet Meghan:
I'm a director and teacher at AIM. I have many years of experience in early childhood education and classrooms, as well as homeschooling my 3 kids for the past 7 years. I bring a hands-on approach to learning, and I love to offer projects and activities to my classes. I value each child's perspective and unique learning style and encourage all children to have a voice in my class.

Misty is AIM’s Director, the driving force behind the scenes, and a passionate local disability advocate. As the proud mother of a daughter with Down Syndrome, Misty’s journey has ignited her mission to pave the way for equal learning opportunities, no matter our differences. She works tirelessly to ensure our environment fosters inclusion, where every student feels valued and empowered to learn alongside their peers. A true barrier-breaker, Misty collaborates with local nonprofits to bring a fresh, powerful vision of equality to the community. Her dedication to creating a more inclusive world is shaping the future, one student at a time.
