AIM classes run on Mondays from 10:00 - 3:30 PM.
AIM offers a variety of enrichment and elective courses based on community input.
2026-2027 semesters are September 14th - Dec 7th, and February 15th - May 3rd.

Meet the team:
Tiffany Woodard
Founder/Director/Teacher
A Deaf oral teacher with Cerebral Palsy who has spent much of her life in the hearing world. Raised with I.E.P.s in the mainstream system, she redefines “No Child Left Behind.” An expert lip reader, many forget she’s Deaf due to her speaking abilities.
Here at AIM TT focuses on meeting students where they are, highlighting their strengths to support learning. With years of experience in Special Ed, Deaf Ed, and working with all ages from preschool to adults, she has taught in public and private schools, co-ops, and retired from owning a preschool to focus on homeschooling her child.
Her primary goal with AIM is to create a community where every parent and child feels loved, safe, and welcome.
Destiny Esch
Program Director/Teacher Coordinator
Destiny is a dedicated homeschooling mom of five, balancing her full-time role with passion and commitment. As the Program Director at AIM, she supports her community's learning initiatives, ensuring that every child gets the best education possible. Not only does she excel in her administrative role, but she is also of our top teachers, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to the. Fluent in ASL, Destiny draws from her experience as a mother of a Deaf teen, enriching our programs with inclusivity and understanding.
Misty Kluck
Director
Misty is AIM’s Director, the driving force behind the scenes, and a passionate local disability advocate. As the proud mother of a daughter with Down Syndrome, Misty’s journey has ignited her mission to pave the way for equal learning opportunities, no matter our differences. She works tirelessly to ensure our environment fosters inclusion, where every student feels valued and empowered to learn alongside their peers. A true barrier-breaker, Misty collaborates with local nonprofits to bring a fresh, powerful vision of equality to the community. Her dedication to creating a more inclusive world is shaping the future, one student at a time.

Payment options: $540 at registration (membership fee and tuition in full) OR $100 deposit at registration and $110/month (Sept.-Dec.)

$385/semester per child ($35/day-11 days)
Payment options: $870 at registration (membership fee and full tuition) OR $200 deposit ($100/child) at registration and $167.50/month (Sept.-Dec.)
3+ CHILDREN

Payment options: $1090 at registration ($990 tuition and $100 membership fee) OR $300 ($100/child deposit) at registration and $197.50/month (Sept.-Dec.)
